Made my daughter upset!

My daughter was surfing the web on her iPod touch and stumbled upon this app and wanted me to get it for her. While she waiting for it to load she was so excited and started jumping around saying "Mommy I cant wait to go back in time!!!" Once it finally loaded my 9 year old daughter wanted to back to January 27 1977 (The date I was born) and when it started my daughter started screaming "COOL IM IN SPACE!!!!!" but then it said ERROR: Cannot go back to January 27 1977. We tried again and still did not worked. So we tried May 7 1970 (The date my husband was born) and yet again did not work. My daughter starts to cry and asked me "Mom why would someone make a time machine that does not work?!?" We spent all Saturday afternoon trying to get this time machine working. So we tried one more time my daughter asked me "I want to go back to December 20 1497." and still no luck at all. Now I have a 9 year girl who is up past bed time crying over a time machine that doesnt work. Thanks a lot who ever made this piece of junk! You ruined my daughters dream.
